ACE Ratification Q & A
The ACE Negotiating Team is hosting two additional Q & A informational meetings regarding the newly negotiated contract, the first is
June 21, 2021 at 5:00 pm via zoom and second meeting is June 23, 2021 at noon. Click the date you can attend to enter the meeting.
A summary of contract changes can be found here and a draft copy of the 2021-2024 collective bargaining agreement can been seen here for quick reference.

Ratification Vote Opens
On June 23rd at 1:30 pm , all those who are active members of ACE will receive an email from the following email address:
invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com. This email will contain the process for e-voting on the ratification of the newly negotiated ACE contract. This e-vote process complies with the National Labor Relations Board requirements which means your vote will be anonymous and confidential. Voting will be open starting June 23rd and will close on June 30th at 5:00 pm. If you are an active ACE member and do not receive an email this afternoon, please check your Junk email as it may land there.
ACE RATIFICATION
The ACE membership ratified the newly negotiated contract with an overwhelmingly 92.6% Yes at the close of the vote on June 30, 2021.
At the August 3rd, School Board meeting, the newly negotiated ACE Contract was on the agenda for the Anchorage School Board to vote. We are happy to report that the board unanimous vote
to accept the 2021-2024 ACE contract.
Please note the contract is still in the process of being finalized by the Anchorage School District.
Once the ACE Negotiations Team has had a chance to review and approve the final draft, we will send an electronic copy to the membership and post a copy as well.

Anchorage School District sent a final draft for review
The negotiation team will review and submit edits by August 27th
for a finalized contract.
