Site Level Admin Leave

Effective August 17, 2021, if a vaccinated employee tests positive for COVID-19, as

confirmed by the administrator, and if the employee is not able to telework during the

resulting quarantine period, the employee will be paid during the District-directed absence.

Supervisors/timekeepers should enter "Site Level Admin Leave" for the employee for the

identified quarantine period not to exceed ten (10) work days.


Only fully vaccinated employees are eligible for this leave. The site-based

administrator/supervisor will be responsible for confirming vaccination status and proof of

positive COVID-19 test, before approving the leave in EmpCenter.
